The Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) Board of Directors at its last Board meeting approved the appointment of Dr Philip Mshelbila as successor to Tony Attah, Managing Director and CEO. Philip Mshelbila will take office on August 31, 2021.
Nigeria LNG (NLNG) is an incorporated joint venture owned by four shareholders, the Nigerian government represented by Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (49%), Shell Gas (25.6%), Total Gaz Electricité Holdings France ( 15%) and Eni (10.4%).
