The mining company Diamond Fields Resources (DFR) which holds mining permits in Namibia and also has a zircon project in Madagascar announced on August 25 the acquisition of the company Moydow Holdings. development company working in West Africa with assets in three African countries: Mali, Burkina Faso and Nigeria.

With the acquisition of Moydow, Diamond Fields Resources takes an 80% interest in the Labola gold project in Burkina Faso, where a first resource estimate is expected before the end of the year also obtains a 40% interest in the Malian Kalaka gold project, and 10% in various gold projects in Nigeria.
