Seplat Energy has appointed Emma FitzGerald as a non-executive director, who previously worked at Shell and Puma Energy.
FitzGerald stepped down as CEO of Puma in April . She replaces Lord Mark Malloch-Brown on the Seplat Board of Directors as of August 1.

The press release highlighted the work of the new director of Puma’s Future Energies division, which she created in 2020. This has worked to help customers and communities in the energy transition.
